Return Policy
Any issues, including lost orders, must be reported within 60 days from placing the order to insure quality service. Mr. A Documentary LLC is NOT responsible for lost orders that are not reported within the 60 day time period.

Any unopened/unworn item except for books and digital items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the shipping date without a return fee for items shipped to a USA destination and within 40 days of the shipping date for orders outside of the USA. If returning an item shipped between 15 and 30 days from shipping date for items shipped to a USA destination or 60 days for items shipping outside of the USA, there will be a 25% restocking fee. No item may be returned 30 days after purchase for an order shipped to an address within the United States of America or after 60 days for an order shipped to an address outside of the United States of America.
- Defective items can only be replaced by the same item.
- Wearables may be returned only if they are in new condition (unwashed and unworn).
- Please include a note clearly stating the nature of your return and how you want it remedied. You must include your order number or a copy of the original invoice.
- Shipping and Handling fees cannot be refunded unless we made an error.
- We do not pay for postage on returns. We will provide a pre-paid mailer for damaged or defective DVDs.
- International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
- Within 2 weeks of receipt of your return, Mr. A Documentary LLC will credit you for the adjusted price of the returned item(s).

-Contiguous 48 United States: You can expect to receive your order within 6-8 business days, but sometimes delivery time may exceed this time due to product availability.
Please email us if you have any questions about what is currently in stock.
-All Others: You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks.
Please note: Michigan state addresses will be assessed sales tax.
